Liz Howard has been called a “vocal chameleon.” Her expertise and ability to sing in styles from Blues, R&B and Country Western, to Jazz, Music Theater and Opera is unparalled.

Elisabeth Howard holds a B.S. and M.S. in voice from the Juilliard School, is the founder of the Elisabeth Howard's Vocal Power Academy in Los Angeles and was on the voice faculty of Pepperdine University for seven years. She has also taught voice at Indiana University, was a guest voice faculty member at University of Southern California and was on the voice faculty of Hunter College in New York City. Elisabeth maintained a private vocal studio for over twenty years in New City before moving to Los Angeles.
Elisabeth has trained certified Vocal Power Instructors in Los Angeles, Italy, Brazil, Germany, Texas and a Vocal Power Academy branch in Las Vegas.
Elisabeth has had clients on American Idol, Star Search, TV, recording, film, recording, Broadway, Off-Broadway and National tours. Ms. Howard is the author of SING! book and 4 CDs and the ABC's of Vocal Harmony book and CD's, exclusively distributed by Alfred Publishing Co. Ms. Howard is the co-author of the Born to Sing book and 4CD's, and the Born to Sing DVD. Ms. Howard is a member of Actors Equity Association (AEA), AFTRA and is a voting member of the Grammy organization, NARAS. Elisabeth is Past President of Epsilon Psi chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon at the Juilliard School and Past President of the Los Angeles chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS). Elisabeth had a singer song writing contract with MCA Music.
